Questions other owners may have answered, ideas and release news are on the MineOps Discord. Never post passwords, setup codes or tokens there; the MineOps team never asks for them.

Installing or upgrading the agent: each machine's Agent setup tab gives the command to run and walks you through it.
Billing questions: owners can manage plans from the workspace's Plan and billing section.
If support needs to look at your organization, a time-limited access grant with its reason will appear in your audit log.
